The talk defines the different types of emotions related to the users experience and the relationships between them.  Focusing on how to define the experience before designing an application or product, the talk then covers what triggers emotional responses, what designs are appropriate to different emotions and what technologies might be used in the emotional context.  This talk is for UX designers, product managers, CEO's, Entrepreneurs and anyone in a startup.
