Agile Estimation and planning

In the current fast paced world of always changing requirement, the need to be flexible and still be able to have a long term view is more important than before.
One of the ways to try and deal with that, is by taking a more adaptive approach toward project planning and effort estimation.
In this talk i will discuss the basics of the most common practices in agile estimation and planning, i will cover things like, Story point, relative estimation, adaptive planning, planning poker etc.
The duration of this talk is ~1.5 including some time for discussion.
